1) Is the practice barrier-free?

The practice is located on the first floor of the DRK building "Haus Bühlot" and is easily accessible through a wheelchair accessible entrance.

2) Does the practice also treat teenagers and children?

The practice is there for the whole family - also for teenagers and children from 7 years.

3) Can I take an allergy test with you?

No, we do not offer allergy testing.

4) Can I get tested for Lyme disease? 

Yes, we offer two tests (Elisa and Western Blot) to determine if you have Lyme disease. 

5) How can I reach the practice by phone?

We are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at +49 7723 252 11.

6) Can I also reach the practice by e-mail?

Yes, to make an appointment write us a short e-mail to info@hp-nigro.com.

Please keep in mind that neither general nor specific medical inquiries can be answered via email. 

Personal questions and concerns can be answered in an on-site appointment. 

7) Can I bring my pet?

No, please understand that this is not possible for hygienic reasons.

1) Are you still accepting new patients?

We are only accepting new patients with diseases that are difficult to treat. These include benign tumors, cancer, fibromyalgia, burn-out syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, multiple sclerosis, lupus erythematosus, dementia, Parkinson's disease, chronic migraine, polyneuropathy.

2) Can I come without an appointment?

No, examination and consultation without an appointment is not possible in our practice.

3) How can I make an appointment?

For new patients and anyone who was last treated in our practice more than two years ago:

• Email the completed medical history and the declaration of consent for the collection and sharing of patient data to info@hp-nigro.com and schedule an appointment.

4) What should I do if I cannot keep the appointment?

We ask for a timely notification.

5) In which other languages (besides German) can the treatment take place?

In French, Italian and Spanish.

6) How can I organize my travel and accommodation?

7) What should I bring to the appointment?

Current findings such as blood test, CT, MRI, ultrasound (if available).

On the day of the examination, a blood, urine and possibly stool sample will be taken.

8) How long does a treatment usually take?

First appointment: 60 - 180 minutes

Follow-up appointment: 60 - 90 minutes

9) How does an examination proceed?

–  Anamnesis

–  Physical examination 

–  Laboratory tests:

• Urinalysis
• Blood test (oxidative stress)
• Examination of your blood oxygen level

– Examination of your personal risk for heart attack and stroke

– eye diagnosis

– On request:

• Vital field diagnosis (energetic condition of your body)
• Further naturopathic examination methods (blood test for monitoring tumor activity, early detection of colon cancer, early detection of bladder cancer, large and small blood count)

After the detailed diagnosis and a physical examination, an individual treatment concept is created, which is then explained to the patient.

10) How many treatments are required and at what intervals?

Frequency and spacing depend on the individual symptoms and personal needs. As a rule, one to four treatment appointments are sufficient. In certain cases, several treatments over a longer period are recommended.

11) Is there a guarantee of success?

No, there is no guarantee of success with any treatment - whether naturopathic or conventional medicine.
